Divypure Farms adheres to the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Given the consumable nature of our handcrafted Bilona ghee, our return and refund policies are governed by strict safety protocols.
Consumable Goods Policy
To ensure food safety and quality control, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered. All sales of A2 Cow Ghee and Desi Buffalo Ghee are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives with a broken jar, compromised seal, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requirement: Email info@divypurefarms.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage.
- Resolution: Verified claims will be eligible for a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are permitted only if requested before the order has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
